PURPOSE: A foldable ladder is provided to efficiently use the space of a bed or desk arranged on a first layer by enabling the folding of a second column toward a first column. CONSTITUTION: A foldable ladder comprises first and second columns(110,120), steps(130), a hydraulic buffer unit, and an elastic member(150). The first column is fixed to the side surface of a bed. The second column comprises a folding member(112) having an insertion groove(113). Both ends of the steps are rotatably coupled to the first and second columns through rotation pins(132). The hydraulic buffer unit comprises a cylinder and a hydraulic rod. The cylinder is coupled to the bottom of the first column. One side of the hydraulic rod is rotatably coupled to the lowermost step, and the other side is extended to the inside the cylinder. One end of the elastic member is coupled to the top of the first column, and the other side is coupled to the uppermost step. .
