PURPOSE: A water and sewage pipe reinforcing and repairing tube using hybrid raw sheets and a water and sewage pipe reinforcing and repairing method using the same are provided to efficiently prevent underground water penetration, a water leakage, and cracks of a pipe by preventing a tearing of a tube caused by an external force. CONSTITUTION: A water and sewage pipe reinforcing and repairing tube(10) using hybrid raw sheets comprises a reinforcing tube(20), a hybrid lining tube(30), and a thermosetting resin(40). One side of a felt is coated with a film and the reinforcing tube is composed of the felt. The hybrid lining tube is formed in the outside of the reinforcing tube. The thermosetting resin is impregnated on the reinforcing tube and hybrid lining tube. The hybrid lining tube comprises hybrid and nonwoven fabrics. The nonwoven fabric is laminated in the outside of the hybrid fabric.
