PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing image tiles is provided to improve the strength and the feeling of color of the image tiles by transiting ink components from an image layer to a primer layer during a drying process. CONSTITUTION: An image layer is directly printed on a half-dried primer layer and is dried at room temperature. The primer layer includes 85 to 95 parts by weight of a resin composition, 5 to 15 parts by weight of a hardening agent, and 5 to 10 parts by weight of diluents. The resin composition is composed of 31 to 40 weight% of an acryl resin, 21 to 30 weight% of dimethyl carbonate, 16 to 20 weight% of dimethyl benzene, 1 to 10 weight% of butyl acetate, and 11 to 20 weight% of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate. The liquid component content of the half-dried primer layer is 20 to 50 weight% based on the total liquid component weight of compositions for the primer layer. |
