PURPOSE: A braking device equipped with a frictional force soaring prevention device is provided to prevent soaring of friction force while braking and improve ride quality by removing the impact caused by the friction force while braking. CONSTITUTION: A braking device equipped with a frictional force soaring prevention device comprises a moving part friction member(1), fixing part friction members(2, 3), a pressurizing device(4), and elastic members(11, 12). The fixing part friction members are moved freely along the direction of friction force. One or more reclined portions(15) are formed in the pressing surface(8) of the fixing part friction members and the pressing surface(9) of the pressurizing device. One or more curved surfaces are formed in the pressing surface of the fixing part friction members and the pressing surface of the pressurizing device. One or more rolling devices are installed in the pressing surface of the fixing part friction members and the pressing surface of the pressurizing device. The elastic members are elastically deformed according to the movement of fixing the part friction members.
