PURPOSE: A device for cooling frying container is provided to prevent the color and taste of fried food from spoiling as oil does not contain any sediment caused by the fried food. CONSTITUTION: A device for cooling frying container comprises a frying container(10), a water tank(20), and one or more circulation pipe(30). A drain is installed in the lower part of the water tank. One end of the circulation pipe is installed in the upper side part of the frying container, and connected to the frying container. The other end of the circulation pipe is connected to the water tank. The circulation pipe repeatedly circulates oil heated in the frying container to the water tank. A refrigerants container(40) is installed on the outer surface of the circulation pipe.
