PURPOSE: A superheated steam re-cycling evaporation system is provided to remove bubbles generated while heating waste water and to re-cycle by generating superheated steam. CONSTITUTION: A superheated steam re-cycling evaporation system comprises an evaporator(10), a compressor(20), a condenser(30), a first pipe(40), a second pipe(50), a third pipe(60), and fourth pipe(70). The evaporator separates steam and concentrated waste water by heating water has flown from a waste water storing tank(130). The compressor sucks the steam with high pressure from the upper part of the evaporator and presses, thereby changes the steam into superheated steam. The condenser condenses the superheated steam. The first pipe connects the upper part of the evaporator and compressor. The second pipe connects the compressor and the condenser. The third pipe connects the condenser and evaporator so that the waste water heat exchanged by the condenser flows into the evaporator. One end part of the fourth pipe is connected to the evaporator and the other end part of the fourth pipe is connected to the second pipe so that the superheated steam is guided to the evaporator side. |
