PURPOSE: An emission driver and organic light emitting display device using the same are provided to secure the security of output by periodically decreasing a voltage of a gate electrode of a transistor. CONSTITUTION: A first transistor is connected between a first output element and a first power. A second transistor is connected between a first output element and a second power. A third transistor is connected between a fourth input element and a first node. A fourth transistor is connected between a first power and a second node. A first control unit(100) is connected between a first input element and a second input element. The first control unit supplies a sampling signal to a second output element. A second control unit(102) controls a voltage of a second node. A first capacitor is connected between a second input element and a second node.
