PURPOSE: A switching-mode power feeder for an LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp is provided to have an enough protective function by dualizing an input filter for eliminating harmonic waves. CONSTITUTION: An LED driver IC(Integrated Circuit)(120) comprises a primary side constant current control function of a transformer. An input power source matching unit(141) is connected with the LED driver IC. The input power source matching unit matches an input power source through variable time constant. A load change adaptation time constant selection unit(142) is connected with the LED driver IC and the input power source matching unit. The load change adaptation time constant selection unit adaptively selects time constant in response to the change of an LED lamp.
