PURPOSE: A display device and a display system with the same are provided to use at least one of sensing devices mounted on a display area of a touch display panel as a first light receiving unit. CONSTITUTION: A touch display panel(300) displays a 3D image. The touch display panel senses a touched location. A light receiving unit(210) is mounted on the touch display panel. The light receiving unit receives a remote control signal which is generated from glasses with which a user watches the touch display panel.
