PURPOSE: A device for transceiving power and data is provided to convert and charge power using light source signal. CONSTITUTION: A modulation unit(210) modulates data. A wavelength band selection unit(220) selects wavelength band in order to transmitting outputted modulation signal based on the property of the outputted modulated signal. A light source module(230) transmits the outputted modulation signal through the selected wavelength band.
