PURPOSE: A location data transceiving device using wireless communication and a method thereof are provided to location information system in a restricted area. CONSTITUTION: A location data transceiving apparatus(100) comprises a location information module(110), a main module(120), and a wireless communication module(130). The location information modules receive the location data. The main module analyzes information which is generated from the location information module. The main module generates information such as the geographical location of the current device, the information generation time, and intrinsic device number information. The wireless communication module transmits data which is generated from the device.
