PURPOSE: A compound panel for environment-friendly marine furniture containing nonflammable core materials is provided to enable users to easily and variously process the panel. CONSTITUTION: A compound panel for environment-friendly marine furniture is formed with a foam board, a nonflammable core material, a net, and high pressure melamine impregnated paper. The foam board is obtained by mixing 100 parts of fly ash by weight with the diameter of 1-10 micrometers with 10-25 parts of waste glass powder by weight and 20-35 parts of silica by weight, and sintering the mixture at 1,000-1,200 deg C. The nonflammable core material is laminated on the upper and lower edges of the foam board. The net is laminated on the upper and lower surface of the core material. The high pressure melamine impregnated paper is attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the net using a melamine or phenol resin adhesive.
