PURPOSE: A hydrophilicity processing method for synthetic resin fibers is provided to prevent electric static generation and sweating. CONSTITUTION: A hydrophilicity processing method for synthetic resin fibers using atmospheric pressure plasma comprises: a step of putting hydrophobic fabrics formed of synthetic resin fibers into an atmospheric pressure plasma device(S10); a step of applying the surface of the fabric with organic silicon compounds(S12); a step of treating the surface with oxygen plasma(S14); a step of applying the surface with silicon oxide compounds(s16); and a step of repetitively laminating the organic silicon compounds and silicon oxide compounds on the surface.
