PURPOSE: A cultivation method of peanut sprouts in high harvesting efficiency is provided to prevent the artificial metallic component insertion, the excessive usage of process water, and the generation of facility management costs. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of peanut sprouts comprises the following steps: mixing mixed soil and peanut seeds in a volume ratio of 1:2-3, and inserting the mixture into a culture frame; and covering the culture frame with a cover, and periodically spraying water over the cover by once every 12 hours. The mixed soil contains 8-15vol% of peanut hull, and 85-92vol% of sawdust, rice hulls, or their mixture. The culture frame has a box shape with plural micro-pores on the bottom. |
