PURPOSE: A shoe sole with improved sock absorption, dispersibility, and flexibility is provided to improve impact absorption, to improve dispersity of impact at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A shoe sole with improved sock absorption, dispersibility, and flexibility comprises a first region(110), a second region(120), and a third region(130). The first region is formed on a part corresponding with a rear part of a foot, and has an upper side and a lower side with width corresponding with the rear side of the foot. The second region is formed on a part corresponding with a front part of a foot, and has an upper side and a lower side with width corresponding with the front side of the foot. The third region is formed on a part corresponding with a middle part of a foot, and connects the first region and the second region. A concave part formed on the upper side, and a concave part formed on a lower side are formed not to overlap each core.
