PURPOSE: A disk chucking device, a motor, and a disk driving device with the same are provided to horizontally move to increase performance of centering and chucking a disk and supply elasticity. CONSTITUTION: The inner circumference of a disk is fixed to a centering base(120). A plurality of chuck chips(160) are arranged at a fixed interval along the outer circumference of the centering base. A plurality of elastic support units(200) are formed in a direction opposite to the direction of the chuck chips on the centering base. The elastic support units horizontally rotate when the disk is mounted. The elastic support units pressurizes the inner circumference of the disk toward an external diameter.
