PURPOSE: A general dust processing system and a method for the same are provided to prevent dust from being precipitated or condensed although the dust is stored for a few days by storing dry dust in a silo. CONSTITUTION: A general dust processing system includes a dust collector(10), a sucking conduit(20), a first gravity type dust collecting unit(30), a second bag filter type dust collecting unit(40), a dust storing silo(50), a dust measuring hopper(60), and a rapid dust mixer(70). The dust collector is located at various places. The sucking conduit sucks dust from the dust collector and transfers the dust to a specific rear part based on pneumatic pressures. The first gravity dust collecting unit is formed at the end part of the sucking conduit and deposits dust of large particle sizes at the lower part. The second bag filter type dust collecting unit collects scattered dust from the first gravity dust collecting unit using a bag filter. Dust collected at the dust collecting units is stored in silo. The state of dust in the silo is dry. The dust measuring hopper is formed at the lower part of the silo. Water is supplied to the rapid dust mixer, and measured dust is supplied from the dust measuring hopper to the rapid dust mixer.
