PURPOSE: A dispenser having strengthened sealing function capable of preventing the leakage of dispenser liquid is provided to offer the improved jetting quality of the dispenser. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser having strengthened sealing function includes a driving unit, a combining unit(200), and a nozzle unit(30). A tappet(11) is protruded from the bottom of the driving unit. The combining unit includes a penetration unit(220), and is installed on the bottom of the driving unit. The nozzle unit is installed on the lower side of the combining unit. A first step unit(221) with a sealing member(13) is formed on the inner center of the penetration unit. A second step unit(222) with a centering piece(12) is formed on the upper surface of the penetration unit. The penetration unit includes first and second space units. The combining unit includes a dispenser solution inlet(225) and an air inlet(226).
