PURPOSE: A high-quality abrasive for polishing plastics is provided to provide polishing performance with high quality and high efficiency even at low temperature regardless of temperature change without damages to workers. CONSTITUTION: A high-quality abrasive for polishing plastics is manufactured by a step of manufacturing suspension by suspend an abrasive of aluminum oxide(a-Al2O3) into pure water, and ionized water, and a step of adding monoalkyl phosphate(ROPO(OH)O^-M^+) which is an anion-based surfactant, and saturated hydrocarbon(C_nH_(2n+2). The comprised amount of the abrasive is 5-30 weight%, average particle diameter is 0.4-0.7 micron, a maximum particle size is 20 micron or less, and pH of the slurry is 5-7.
