PURPOSE: A corrugated cardboard with rust resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain uniform rust resistance under various storage conditions and packing conditions. CONSTITUTION: A corrugated cardboard with rust resistance comprises a vaporable rust-proof film(2). The vaporable rust-proof film is formed on one or more of combining surfaces with a corrugated cardboard among two or more linerboards(11). The vaporable rust-proof film is formed by drying a mixed coating solution which formed by including a liquid film and the vaporable rust-proof film. The rust-proof film comprises 23 wt% of Poly Vinyl Alcohol, 40 wt% of purified water, 23 wt% of dextrin, 4.5 wt$ of caprylic acid, 3.5 wt% 1H-Benzotriazole, and 6 wt% of vaporable rust-proofing agent. The vaporable rust-proofing agent comprises sodium bentonite, beta cyclodextrin, and sodium nitrite at a weight ratio of 1:1:1.
