PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing birds from landing is provided to repel birds and to secure the safety of the birds. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing birds from landing comprises a power supply unit(100), a motion detection sensor(200), a speaker(300), and a controller(400). The power supply unit comprises a solar cell module(110), a battery(120), and a power control unit. The motion detection sensor reacts to the change of the illumination value caused by the movement of birds. The speaker generates noise using a predetermined sound wave. The controller is equipped with an illuminance comparison unit and a warning process unit.
