The method involves placing a mold (202) with respect to a micro-injection machine (200), where the mold comprises a cavity whose shape corresponds to the shape of a label to be manufactured. Plastic materials comprising superimposed layers of the label are injected in liquid form into the mold, by the machine. The label is solidified by cooling, and an adhesive layer is formed on a side of the label. A removable protection sheet is formed on the adhesive layer. A thermoplastic film is arranged in inner side of the mold, and a portion of the label is covered.
