A screw compressor having a slide valve with flexible volume ratio is provided. The screw compressor comprises a housing (1), a screw (2), a gas suction port, a gas exhaust port (6), the slide valve (3), a first cylinder (4) and a second cylinder (5). The slide valve (3) is disposed between the first cylinder (4) and the second cylinder (5). The slide valve (3) comprises a slide valve main body, two ends of which are a first end surface (31) and a second end surface (32), respectively. The first end surface (31) and the second end surface (32) seal the first cylinder (4) and the second cylinder (5), respectively. The first cylinder (4) is connected with the gas exhaust port (6) of the compressor through a first connecting pipe (33). The second cylinder (5) is connected with the last closed screw groove through a second connecting pipe (34). The slide valve (3) is balanced under the pressure in the first cylinder (4) and the pressure in the second cylinder (5). By the slide valve (3), the volume ratio of the compressor can be automatically regulated to the optimal state so as to reduce power consumption and noise. |
