A foam molded body production device (20) is provided with an upper die (21) and a lower die (22) having a cavity (23) between the opposing die faces (21a, 22a), wherein a foam material is supplied to the die face (22a) of the lower die, a hard material (3) is removably arranged on the die face (21a) of the upper die, the foam material is foamed in the cavity (23) under the conditions that hard material is arranged on the die face of the upper die, and the foam material is foamed to form a foamed body while a part of the hard material other than the projection part (11) is fixed to the foamed body, so as to foam a foam molded body having the projection part from the foamed body. The die face of the upper die is open to the lower die side, is provided with a arrangement recess (28) at which the projection part is to be arranged, and is provided with a rotational die (27) which rotates around a rotational shaft (26) extending in the direction following the die face, to thereby open/close the arrangement recess from the lower die side. |
