WRAP KNITTED FABRIC USING MICRO POLYESTER CONTAINED NANO SILVER PARTICLES AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A warp knitted pile fabric of micro polyester containing nanosilver particles is provided to fabricate warp knitted pile fabric with antibacterial and aromatic functions. CONSTITUTION: A warp knitted pile fabric is fabricated using polyester yarns containing silver-sulfur nanocompoiste. The silver-sulfur nanocomposite is prepared by contacting sulfur compounds with silver colloids. A method for fabricating the warp knitted pile fabric comprises: a step of preparing polyester yarn prepared using master batch containing the silver-sulfur nanocomposites; and a step of determining a knitting structure using the polyester yarn.
