A mounting and fixing structure having a leakproof function between a core (4) and an outer aluminum casing (1) and a closing terminal cover board (2) in a large aluminum electrolytic capacitor. When a capacitor cylinder is horizontally mounted, the capacitor core (4) contacts an inner wall of the aluminum casing (1), a conical spire (7) of the terminal cover board (2) and a fixing rod (8) at the bottom inside the aluminum casing (1) alleviate the radial gravity load, so that the gravity of the core (4) is supported by a contact surface at the lowest of the inner wall of the aluminum casing (1). Therefore, as the contact surface between the core (4) and the aluminum casing (1) is at the lowest of the mounted capacitor, electrolytic paper surrounding the core (4) can adsorb an electrolyte when electrolyte leakage from the interior of the core (4) occurs, while the influence of radial vibration of the capacitor on the sealing performance between the capacitor terminal cover board (2) and the aluminum casing (1) is lowered, thereby lowering the risk of leakage of the capacitor.
