ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION SYSTEM AND ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determination system for precisely determining abnormality of a radio base station without being affected by a sudden fluctuation factor of traffic.

SOLUTION: The abnormality determination system includes: a radio communication apparatus; a base station which communicates with a mobile terminal and stores a call processing history with the radio communication apparatus; and a maintenance monitoring apparatus collecting the call processing history from the base station and determining whether abnormality exists in the base station or not based on the collected call processing history. The system further includes: a primary determining section determining possibility of abnormality in the base station when a reduction amount of present traffic from past traffic is reduced to satisfy a first prescribed condition; a reduction factor determining section determining whether a reduction factor that the present traffic is reduced occurs in the base station or not when the possibility of the abnormality in the base station is determined; and a secondary determining section determining that the abnormality occurs in the base station when the present traffic is reduced to satisfy a second prescribed condition if the occurrence of the reduction factor in the base station is determined.
