<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform setting in a portable communication terminal according to a base station when establishing communication between the portable communication terminal and the base station. <P>SOLUTION: A portable communication terminal has: a communication unit for performing data transmission/reception by wireless communication via a base station in a wireless communication network; a non-contact IC chip and an antenna which can acquire at least setting information for establishing communication with the base station from a reader/writer by short-range communication; and a communication setting unit 62 for establishing communication between the communication unit and the base station based on the setting information acquired by the non-contact IC chip and the antenna. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
