<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing aerosol product that satisfactorily prevents unpleasant smell resulting from permanent wave treatment, mitigates damage to the hair and the scalp and exhibits excellent curling-retaining power. <P>SOLUTION: The deodorizing aerosol product comprises a deodorant solution containing a deodorant and a propellant charged in a pressure-resistant aerosol container, where the deodorant solution contains glyoxal in an amount of at least 0.5 mass% and at most 1.3 mass%, based on the total mass of the deodorant solution and the propellant. Preferably, the deodorant solution is added with a compound selected from among citric acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid and levulinic acid and derivatives thereof in an amount of at least 0.1 mass% and at most 0.5 mass%, based on the total mass of the deodorant solution and the propellant, and has its pH adjusted to not lower than 6.5 and not higher than 6.8 by addition of a hydroxide of an alkali metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
