<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generating a secondary business form having a layout desired by a user by using business form data of a business form that is to be a generation source of the secondary business form. <P>SOLUTION: Business form data of a business form that is to be a generation source of a secondary business form desired for a use by a user is retrieved (step S100 to step S104). After an output of a layout edition screen to edit a layout desired by the user (step S106), the desired layout is selected and displayed on the layout edition screen (step S108).
