<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochromic mirror in which occurence of color abnormality and color unevenness of an electrochromic layer is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: An electrochromic mirror includes: a transparent substrate; a transparent electrode film provided to one side in a thickness direction of the transparent substrate; an electrochromic layer provided to one side in a thickness direction of the transparent electrode film that is an opposite side to the transparent substrate, and including an oxidation coloring film, a solid electrolyte film, and a reduction coloring film; and an aluminum film provided to one side in a thickness direction of the electrochromic layer that is an opposite side to the transparent electrode film.
