PURPOSE: A location data acquisition device and method of a mobile device are provided to acquire location information of a mobile device through basic functions of the mobile device without installation of a specific application. CONSTITUTION: A location data acquisition device of a mobile device comprises an application device(20) and a URL device(30). The application device is connected through communication to a mobile device(10) to acquire location information. The URL device is connected to the mobile device through digital data communication to extract location information and transmits the location information to the application device through digital data communication.
