PURPOSE: A measurement apparatus for a sit-up and a push-up is provided to simply handle for everyone by easily assembling and disassembling sensing units for measuring. CONSTITUTION: A frame(110) is composed of a plurality of bars(111) which are combined together. A first sensing unit(120) outputs a sensing signal by sensing subject's chest. A second sensing unit(130) outputs a sensing signal by sensing subject's elbow. A variable location unit(140) is installed on the location where senses subject's shoulder. A main body(150) displays the number of exercise to the outside.
