<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module in which fracture due to thermal stress can be prevented at or near the joint of a thermoelectric conversion element and an electrode, by relaxing the thermal stress resulting from the difference of the amount of thermal expansion between the thermoelectric conversion element and the electrode in a high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module is obtained by bonding a thermoelectric conversion element 1 and an electrode 2 metallurgically via a porous metal layer 6 composed of nickel or silver and having a density ratio of 50-90% (porosity is 50% or lower). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
