<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal device, control system, and control method that can perform communication regulation equivalent to that of a second communication system if there is the communication regulation in the second communication system, even when a communication request is performed to the second communication system through a first communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 to which a communication channel of a CDMA system is allocated according to a communication request in the case that the communication request is performed in the CDMA system during the use of an LTE system comprises: an acquisition part 32 acquiring communication regulation information in the CDMA system through the LTE system; and a determination part 33 determining propriety of communication in the CDMA system based on the acquired communication regulation information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
