<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backsheet for a solar cell panel, which is capable of efficiently suppressing a temperature rise of a solar cell panel at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the backsheet for a solar cell panel, which comprises a resin layer and at least one organic film and is characterized in that: the resin layer contains at least a resin and an oxide filler; the oxide filler fills the resin layer in an amount of 70-90 vol.%; and a surface roughness Ra of the resin layer is 0.1-5 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
