<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately recover regenerative power of a motor and effectively use the regenerative power. <P>SOLUTION: A motor power circuit 13 has capacitors 26, 27 and switches 31, 32 in power paths 24, 25, respectively. Power paths 46, 48 connecting the power paths 24, 25 to a power path 43 of a control power circuit 15 have switches 47, 49. In a motor regeneration period, a control circuit 14 closes either of the switches 31, 32 and opens the other, and controls on/off the switches 47, 49 in response to the opening/closing states of the switches 31, 32.
