<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument inserted into a living body, which is inserted into the living body and secures a space necessary for treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The instrument 10 inserted into the living body includes: a contact portion 14 inserted into the living body in the vicinity of a subject organ 12 subjected to the treatment; an open/close portion 88 which is equipped with bending tubes 88A, 88B provided on a side brought into contact with the subject organ 12 in the contact portion 14 and on the opposite side of the side and secures a surgery space 32 between the subject organ 12 and the other organ that is different from the subject organ 12 or between the subject organ 12 and an abdominal wall or a chest wall for treating the subject organ 12, and a cable which drives the open/close portion 88 to cause force to act between the subject organ 12 and the other organ that is different from the subject organ 12 or between the subject organ 12 and the abdominal wall or the chest wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
