<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile installation structure in which tiles are provided on a floor surface and a step elimination member is provided on a peripheral edge of the tiles, thereby eliminating a risk of making a walking person accidentally stumble, and a toilet room where these tiles are adopted. <P>SOLUTION: A step elimination member 10 has: a body part 11 with a longitudinal cross section formed in a substantially triangle shape, an undersurface overlapping a floor surface 3, and an inclined top face; an upper piece part 12 overhanging from an upper part of the body part 11 and superposing on an inclined plane 1a of the tile 1; a lower piece part 13 overhanging from a lower part of the body part 11 and superposing on a peripheral part of the reverse face of the tile 1; and a recessed streak part 14 consisting of a shallow groove provided in the bottom face of the body part 11. A side face 15 of the body part 11 and a side face of the tile 1 are adhered with each other by an adhesive 20.
