PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member having high strength and being excellent in transparency and flexibility, and capable of imparting high strength and cigarette resistance to various types of adherends by being laminated on the various types of adherends.

SOLUTION: The high-strength polymer has cigarette resistance, and has a polymer layer at least on one surface of a base material layer. The polymer layer contains a layered inorganic compound (f) in a polymer (X), and the polymer (X) contains a crosslinked polymer and has a tensile strength at a tensile strength of 50 mm/min at 23°C of ≥25 N/mm2.
