<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a comment offered on past reproduction time on a reproduction screen during browsing and to reduce a load of a processing on seeking and a processing on loading. <P>SOLUTION: When moving image data is received, command information and reproduction time information, which correspond to the moving image data, are received, and the received command information and reproduction time information are correspondingly stored. When the command information corresponding to the moving image data and the reproduction time information made to correspond to the command information are newly received after the command information is received, newly received command information and reproduction time information are added to a storage means to store them. The command information which is required to be updated since the newly received command information is added is updated among command information which is previously stored in the storage means. A processing corresponding to the command information corresponding to the reproduction time information stored in the storage means is performed in accordance with reproduction time of the moving image data reproduced in an output device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
