<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device for enabling various input operations by operating one operation body with a finger. <P>SOLUTION: An input device has a sensor substrate 5 supported at its center portion by a column 3 extending from a support base 2, and a surface member 15 attached to the top of the sensor substrate and having an operation surface 16. The undersurface of the surface member 15 has an electrostatic sensor 10 for detecting a movement position of a finger. The sensor substrate 5 has deformation parts 7a, 7b, 8a and 8b formed thereon and attached with a strain sensor 20. Operation on the operation surface 16 by the finger enables output of both coordinate data from the electrostatic sensor and movement data from the strain sensor 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
