A phallus retention apparatus for retaining a prosthetic phallus relative to a hand of a wearer with a sheath, a thumb aperture in the sheath, and a prosthetic phallus aperture either directly in the sheath or in a retention flap coupled to the sheath for receiving a shaft portion of a prosthetic phallus. The phallus aperture is spaced from the thumb aperture to position the phallus aperture approximately centered on the palmar side of the sheath. A phallus retention apparatus can retain a prosthetic phallus relative to an external structure with a base panel, a retention panel, and a phallus aperture in the retention panel for receiving the body portion of the phallus therethrough. |
