Provided are a method, terminal and TDD system for adjusting the frequency offset of a terminal, which relate to the field of mobile communication and are invented for solving the technical problem that the demodulation performance of the paging information is affected when the terminal generates a system reference clock using DCXO. The terminal includes: a digitally-compensated crystal oscillator for generating a reference clock. The method includes: step 1, carrying out a first frequency offset compensation on the RF frequency of the terminal according to the difference value between the second temperature of the DCXO after the terminal is awakened and the first temperature of the DCXO before the terminal hibernates; and step 2, receiving service data and carrying out demodulation on the same under the RF frequency after the first frequency offset compensation. The present invention is capable of improving the demodulation performance of the paging information when the terminal generates the system reference clock using DCXO.
