COORDINATING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MULTI-INPUT MULTI-OUTPUT PRECODING OF DOWNLINK MULTI-BASE STATION

The present invention discloses a coordinating method for multi-input multi-output precoding of downlink multi-base station. The method includes: performing independent resource allocation by each base station firstly, and allocating resource to respective users, and then receiving the Precoding Matrix Indicator (PMI) information fed back from the terminal, which occupies the time-frequency resource block, of respective cell, wherein the PMI information includes the optimal, and recommended or limited PMI corresponding to the terminal; performing information interaction between adjacent base stations to acquire the PMI information of the terminals, which occupy the same time-frequency resource block, of adjacent cells; and judging whether the terminals, which occupy the same time-frequency resource block, of adjacent cells are conflicting according to the PMI information fed back from the terminal of the present cell and interaction information from the adjacent base stations, and generating new precoding matrix by corresponding way. The present invention also discloses a device to realize the method described above. The coordinating method and device of the present invention can reduce or eliminate the interference of an edge user by utilizing downlink resource allocation and precoding coordination between the adjacent cells, so as to improve the performance of the entire network.
