<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately report conditions when a malfunction occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A medical image diagnostic device comprises a user operation input part 11, an operation information generation part 13, and a display part 25. The user operation input part 11 receives a user operation for a medical examination. The operation information generation part 13 generates identification information of the inputted user operation in real time, when the user operation is inputted into the user operation input part 11.
