<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a support member for rotatably supporting a rotating body during shaping of the support member. <P>SOLUTION: In a webbing winding device 10, a first opening hole 51 is formed in a first support shaft 50 of a gear housing 42. The first opening hole 51 is opened toward a spring cover. The thickness of the bottom wall of the first opening hole 51 is the same as that of the bottom wall 48A around the first support shaft 50. In the gear housing 42, volume in a part where the first support shaft 50 is formed can be reduced by the first opening hole 51. Shrinkage of resin in the part of the gear housing 42 where the first support shaft 50 is formed can be suppressed in shaping the gear housing 42, thereby preventing deformation of the gear housing 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
