<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board which meets a requirement of improving electrical reliability, and a mounting structure of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring board 4 comprises a base body 7; a through hole T passing through the base body in a thickness direction; and a through hole conductor 8 covering an inner wall of the through hole T. The base body 7 comprises a first fiber layer 14a and a second fiber layer 14b having a plurality of fibers 12, and a resin 10 arranged between a plurality of the fibers 12, respectively; and a resin layer 15 arranged between the first fiber layer 14a and the second fiber layer 14b and not containing a fiber and containing the resin 10. when the base body 7 is viewed cross-sectionally in the thickness direction, the inner wall of the through hole 8T comprises a curved dent part D whose both ends E1, E2 are placed on the boundary of the first fiber layer 14a and the second fiber layer 14b in the resin layer 15, and a part of the through hole conductor 8 is filled inside of the dent part D. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
