METHOD FOR RAPIDLY PURIFYING NUCLEIC ACID BY SOLUTION CAPTURE FOR SUBSEQUENT ANALYSIS BY MASS SPECTROMETRY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick solution capture purification method of nucleic acids.

SOLUTION: A method of purifying a solution containing a plurality of nucleic acids for mass spectrometry includes: a step of mixing the solution containing the plurality of nucleic acids with one or more magnetic beads with which one or more anion exchange functional groups having pKa values of 9 or greater are connected, further isolating them and washing them; and a step of eluting the nucleic acid from the one or more anion exchange functional groups connected to the one or more magnetic beads by using an elution buffer compatible with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), and the elution buffer does not contain metal cation salt in this step.
