<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light fixing device that reduces unevenness in a fixing state due to a difference in grayscale and power consumption during fixation, and an electronic device using the light fixing device. <P>SOLUTION: A light fixing device focuses light from a light emission part 11 on a recording medium 16 using an irradiation optical system, and irradiates unfixed toner on the recording medium with the focused light to fix the toner.
